Bailey is a graduate of the University of Winnipeg with a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Psychology. With over eight years of experience in the hospitality industry in various capacities, including leadership, Bailey’s priority is to always deliver a positive client experience. 

In her role as an Executive Assistant to the Courcelles Group, Bailey supports the leadership team including managing the schedules, communication, administrative duties, and marketing. Her experience with clients and educational background are important in ensuring we bring a professional and practical experience to our clients.

Outside of work, Bailey enjoys spending quality time at the cottage with her family, outdoor activities and traveling.

Natalie has over 20 years of organizational and administrative experience within government, corporate, specialized medicine, and politics. She studied at the University of Ottawa and l'Université de Saint Boniface, and she completed an arts degree from the University of Manitoba. Natalie’s role on the team over the years has included client recognition, office administration, and team coordination. Her network, professionalism and experience are invaluable to our team.
 
Natalie loves cheering for her children in their extracurricular activities, gardening, and outdoor adventures.
